Registration fee for OPIE events is non-refundable. Please add one participant at a time, add to cart, and then add additional participants. Repeat as needed.

I hereby grant O&P Digital Technologies LLC “OPIE Software” permission to capture my likeness in photos, videos, or digital media at this event. I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership and Use
   I authorize OPIE Software to use, edit, alter, copy, publish, and distribute these photos and videos for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, websites, social media, and publications. I acknowledge that all photos and videos will become the property of OPIE Software and will not be returned.
2. Waiver of Rights
   I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product or any accompanying text in which my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from the use of these photos or videos.
3. Release of Liability
   I release and discharge OPIE Software, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of my likeness as described above.
