Adding branch(es) is permitted within the subscription term specified herein. New branch(es) will be co-terminous to the remaining subscription period.

Decreasing branch(es) is not permitted within the subscription term specified herein. Decreasing branch(es) is permitted at renewal.

Deactivated branch(es) cannot be transferred to new branch(es).

Customer acknowledges that extraction of branch data is not possible if the branch is divested at a future date. Customer confirms the primary business has at least partial ownership in the branch being added to their existing database.
